How is a horse that hasn't been competitive in going on two years " going to be missed? "

W/o a doubt she was a shell of her 3 yo self the past two years. But I've a hankering we'll hear more from her in the years to come with the runners she throws.

She was hardly a rat. She was pretty terrific during her 3YO year.

Is this a good time to re-visit what became a five-page thread on Gomez's ride on Dream Rush in the Acorn?

All kidding aside, she was a very nice filly back in 2007. She gave it her all in the inaugural F/M Sprint at Monmouth thru crazy fractions dueling with surprise favorite La Traviata.

i like to think of the positives this horse had when she was younger, sorry to have stated my opinion andy

just a shame to see a horse come on the scene so hot and fizzle off in to what she was her last couple of races

Why'd she retire AFTER she killed my Magna 5?

I love this kind of passive aggressive BS.

This is a message board......people state opinions.....sometimes people disagree. It's hardly my fault if that doesn't work for you.

I've been "missing" the 3yo version of DR for two years. If she was retiring at that level, I'd say I'll be missing her. Honestly, she's continued on with little of my notice and I pay close attention to the stakes run every weekend, everywhere. Not sure she has the pedigree to be a major broodmare and her 2 disappointing seasons took her so far off the radar that I can't imagine that her foals will be "eagerly awaited" at the sales.

.....i didnt use her, i used the 3 that finished 2nd 3rd and whatever......that track is a must ( use all )the biggest mules win that opening magna race:confused:

Hmm. I thought she already was retired. Shows how much attention I've been paying. Too many horses with some combo of the words dream, rush, run, or cash in their names. They kind of blur together. :o
