Apparently $99,000 on doorbells for elderly people to be able to ring to get help in Laurel, MS are far less critical than a $500,000 dog park in Chula Vista, CA.

MinPin Scud can't use dog parks, because he is too aggressive(I've tried.) One Pitbull-type fancier was so impressed that he offered me $700 for him on the spot. My parents(who he only tolerates) say I should of taken the money.
