I don't know.....the '73 Belmont was a 5 horse race, and I have always thought that it was fairly interesting.

These are arguably the two best turf milers in america going a little more than one mile and throw in Noble Causeway.

Is Noble Causeway any good? I never thought so - he's a nice allowance horse. Ashkal Way? Artie Schiller should have him for lunch

I thought Ashkal was entered at Monmouth this weekend?

I think this is his turf debut, and he has a ton of talent. He is a Giants Causeway so he might love it. I could be wrong though, but I have never seen him on the turf.

Where do you list Aragorn then? and Miesque's Approval?

Aragorn is the best in my opinion. Miesque's Approval is obviously there with his win over Artie, but I still like Artie better. I think Ashkal Way beats Artie in this one.

Ashkal is a good horse (his debut was a perfect setup-fast past and half the field winging out on the front end setting it up for him), but I feel like Artie bounces back here. Im hoping Frankel turns Cacique back to a miler b/c i think the Breeders Cup at Churchill will be right up his alley.
