Just so the public outside of IL knows what they're getting in this Republican.
I'm sure IL will at least have a big increase in road work jobs and because they'll all be union you can wave to the lady holding the slow down sign knowing she's making $30 plus/hr. and that additional people will be making that and not showing for work. Not a great way to firm up the economy but probably beats handing out $$ to those who pay no taxes. IMO
