Thoro-Graph ROTW: Dania Beach (GP8)

Was a bit surprised to see this as the Race of the Week, but not surprised that the analysis lauds merits of #3 Big Al Cordes at a crazy ML of 20-1. Discussed this race on ATR yesterday, hadn't seen the prices and was all over this colt who gets Inez Karlsson in to ride. 20-1 GP horses regularly go off at 5-1, so don't expect Jimmy DiVitto's runner to be a $45.00 winner. So why the kooky price? He was beaten three lengths two back by #9 Kopitar, who is the 3-1 favorite and most likely winner. #14 Jack Spratt from Maker (6-1) could be a major player, but will lose a ton of ground from the break going the lawn mile.

Anyway.. Look over the figures and as always, ask any questions about the sheets you might have and TG users will answers them..

I wish Maker would listen to me and run Jack Spratt on the dirt. Candy ride over Miners Mark doesn't exactly scream grass.
I know MM is the 34% turf trainer and Im the armchair trainer. :wf

lime ricky is the horse to beat..at a nice 20-1 ml. alexander..hes a monster off of a layoff first start of the meet..wonder why jv lands here..hmm

I agree that's who I like as well. I find these sheets interesting, especially in this case where they give little chance. After looking at the DRF, Brisnet, and these sheets, all I can say is:zz:

With you on the confusion. So for Public Handicapper one has to take a price - I'm considering Rockin Joe as one that might move forward. Post sucks, though.

I bet the Lezcano on Beacon Hill Road to WP (shocking I know) with the positive trainer switch to Servis. Thought I was a winner there for a while.:tro:
