I'd have to guess it's training facility in Middleburg, VA but have no earthly idea.

That place is just south of my Uncles horse farm in Bluemont.

There's definitely a training track in Middleburg. It's about 45 miles west of DC (directly between Winchester and Alexandria, hence the name) and a few trainers that work up in Charles Town keep their home operations in the area. That's some serious horse country.

It's beautiful in that area.
