Thank you Steve! That really was a fantastic story.. I remember that day as well and Cigar will always be my favorite modern Day horse. I remember the goosebums I would get when watching him run. The days he won his last Breeders Cup and the Dubai Cup..I cried...The people just going crazy... It was something I shall never forget as well. :)

It is just too bad we never got to see little Cigars carry on his name.:(

Haskin is a great writer . If you didn't read his story on Wanderin Boy it's worth it to find it .
