Do you really think they would wait until they come to their country? LOL...How can they care so much about somebody putting together some lil video? That GOV'T already blocks it's citizens access to 800-900 various web sites (youtube is one of them.) Some of them have anti-blocking software(then they wonder why they get "viruses.")
