Relatively Ready

Exits a 5th place finish in the BC Juvy turf and lands in a decent N1X feature tomorrow.

3-1 ML and has the looks of being overbet.

Anyone have any thoughts on the race?

I wish I could book every cent bet on Lime Rickey.

You and I both.

Pegasus Tommy D. intrigues me. JV gave him that 3 wide uncovered trip last out that The Fat Man loves so much. Had a bit of trouble in the stretch run that isn't noted in his running line. He still wasn't gonna hold off Successful Mission though. I like the jock switch back to Lezcano and the price should be there.

I realize that he isn't your favorite horse but his last was not a bad effort. Johnny V did some basic things wrong with Umbra but he also did quite a bit right and a hanger (like LR appeared to be) wouldn't have gotten past in the stretch. Not saying LR is much but he's better than some of his early races would indicate.

Lime Rickey is a money burner. Any thoughts on the 9# with Garcia ? McLaughlin's horses always seem to go forward 2 off. Had 2 useful works since last out . Or is it too steep of a jump ?

I think Winthrop House is eligble to move forward, but he's another that I think will be overbet, especially with those connections. The race set up doesn't seem to suit him, IMO.
