In the event of a "tie" in a NFL survivor pool?

In a NFL "Survivor", if the game ends in a "tie" like the Eagles vs. Bengals game today and someone picked the Eagles, would that person be out of the pool? This never happened in all the years I ran the pool and of course, one person picked the Eagles.....so I guess that person is out. Is this the best way to handle such an event?

they didn't lose. i think anyone on either side of that game moves on.

if you hadn't set rules for tie games beforehand that should be your default for a "survivor" league. (versus "winner" league).

no win.... sorry about your luck. I'm glad I didn't take them in the ESPN one. I know for a fact that they counted both as a loss, as my sister picked Philly.

Not only him, but half the team didnt even know. Are they serious? My 13 year old cousin knew that was the case. Amazing.
