NY Senate and NYRA

Tonight the NY Senate Republican's lost their majority. In January folks like Bill Larkin, will lose his Chairmanship to the Senate Racing and Wagering Committee.

Does anyone forsee the Democrats making changes to NYRA or the NY Racing and Wagering Board when they assume Senate power?
