SAT - Day 2 - BC Selections

DAY 2 - Breeders' Cup Selections

R1 - BC Marathon

#4 Sixties Icon - Euro just has to translate his form to the Pro-Ride.
#3 Delightful Kiss - Big gray has gotten hot at the right time.
#6 Zappa - Will appreciate the step down in competition.
#1 Church Service - Distance runner has been freshened up for this.

R2 - BC Turf Sprint

#13 Get Funky - Has had some success on this tricky downhill course.
#3 True to Tradition - Love the way he's coming into this race.
#7 Rouse the Cat - Has been just behind #3 at long odds in last two.
#1 Diabolical - Makes his return to the U.S. and must be considered for all slots.

R3 - BC Dirt Mile

#7 Albertus Maximus - The switch in barns has really woken him up.
#8 Well Armed - Is Well Dangerous versus this group at a short price.
#2 Surf Cat - Super talented 6yr old will benefit from the shorter distance.
#1 Lewis Michael - This race fits him perfect: distance and surface.

R4 - BC Mile

#2 Kip Deville - I'll excuse his effort north of the border and see him defending his crown.
#4 Goldikova - 3yr filly handled the best boys in Euro at this distance.
#11 Whatsthescript (Ire) - Will be making a late move under Go Go.
#1 Shakis (Ire) - Should sit a nice rail trip before uncorking a late rally.

R5 - BC Juvenile

#4 Square Eddie - Dominated the field in Ky and looms large.
#12 Bushranger (Ire) - Best 2yr old in Euro should not have a problem stretching out.
#1 Munnings - Races have been solid and should have another board finish.
#13 West Side Bernie - Not crazy about the post, but he's being overlooked at a juicy price.

R6 - BC Juvenile Turf

#10 Skipadate (BEST BET) - Has improved with every start and adds the hood here. It doesn't hurt that the barn sent out Sealy Hill to a 2nd place finish in the F&M Turf at 48-1 on Friday.
#3 Westphalia (Ire) - Coming in off Group 2 win for top connections.
#11 Bittel Road - Hard to knock his record and his closing kick.
#12 Grand Adventure - Beat top choice in Canada with perfect trip.

R7 - BC Sprint

#2 Street Boss - Should have a nice set up for his style.
#3 Fabulous Strike - Fastest horse might not look back.
#7 In Summation - Honest sprinter must be included.
#1 Cost of Freedom - Anything close to last two finds him in the winner's circle.

R8 - BC Turf

#11 Eagle Mountain (GB) - Looks like a peak performance is in the cards.
#6 Dancing Forever - Will get his firm turf and you'll get a price.
#4 Soldier of Fortune (Ire) - Too Classy to leave out of the mix.
#10 Out of Control (Brz) - Distance might be the only question.

R9 - BC Classic

#9 Curlin - Champion will find a way to handle this field.
#3 Tiago - I was really impressed with his Goodwood effort and expect a big late run once again.
#1 Go Between - Synthetic specialist should run his race.
#12 Champs Elysees (GB) - Will be ice cold on the tote board, although his Big Cap effort makes him very playable.

Good Racing Luck
