Thursday Show 10/23

Listened to the Breeders Cup executive, but there is one question that I don't believe was asked or know the reason why.

How come the BC is not held Saturday and Sunday? I know the NFL is definitely a distraction, but Friday is just a lousy day, it being a work week day.
