Court Folly shocks Songster

Wow! Didnt see that one coming. El Nino and Noonmark battled earley with Songster hot in pursuit behind 21 4/5 and COurt Folly went flying by late!

Wow as right, I thought maybe Noonmark could upset and that would have been my play, glad the heat kept me away. Would have been ugly.

Good for Ian Wilkes and company.....

Poor Darley

boldruler 07-31-2006 04:03 PM

Excellent. Enough with Darley dominating everything.

Okay, it wasnt that hot, your right. Seemed hot because I was running in the sun at 1pm, but compared to today & tomorrow it was simply fine. Hope you had a good day.

This was a prep fpr the King's Bishop ...

... nonetheless ... this is why I don't like "spaced" races and "fresh" horses ...

... Songster was dead short for this race. One race every seven weeks is not enough to get a horse fit for graded stakes races.

The King's Bishop wil be even more of a test ... Songster had better be more fit for that one.

WHy he was "short" BB? Lets see your buddy now attack you like he did me for stating the obvious, that the horse was short. The trainer did a lousy job, hes a liar, or both!
