Random BC pre-entry blood tests..
BC to test early for blood-doping drugs
By Matt Hegarty http://www.drf.com/news/article/98872.html The Breeders' Cup will randomly select approximately half of the horses that are pre-entered in the event's 14 races at Santa Anita Park in Southern California on Oct. 24-25 for out-of-competition drug tests designed to detect the use of powerful blood-doping drugs, officials of the organization have said. |
So are they going to go to Aqueduct and test Big Brown or are they just going to wait until he's settled in at Santa Anita on the 22nd and test him?
|
They should go to Aqueduct and test him ... then test him again in Southern Cal, for good measure.
Now that I think about it, they should also freeze a blood sample and test it in, say, 2016 too. lol I tell ya, Snipes, would love to see some wild, galloping Southern Cal poly freak pull a Volponi on Big Brownroid and Curlie in a couple weeks... |
There is a better chance of me showing up at the BC with an afro than there is of a positive test. Not that it is a bad idea to do this type of testing, I dont know why every horse isnt tested. Though I have a feeling they are looking for yesterdays drugs.

Will they have like a lottery drawing and televise it on TVG/HRTV? I hope they do and get a ball handler with big boobs.
