Turfway Purses
 

They suck!!

I thought MD purses were bad - and they are - but Turfway is even worse!!

Kinda ironic that some of the richest purses are at Keeneland but they will not do anything about TP purses.....come on boys throw them a few bones

The purses are even worse if your horse isn't a KY bred since half comes from the KTDF.

I think things at Turfway could get worse. Not only are the purses shoddy, but I could see some barns shipping to Hoosier Park once their purses get better from the casinos. Less horses @ Turfway can lead to less handle, which leads to even lower purses in the future.

KY really needs slots. They are getting killed by Indiana. The problem is a KY legislator is in the pockets of the Indiana casinos.

Turfway probably won't be around in a few years if they don't get slots.
