Seems like an awful quick turnaround for Smooth Air. What's up with that?

Demolished them on the lawn.. Anyone see Cruz nimble through the turn accelerating the whole way on the rail? Was a terrific effort. Will go to Santa Anita and is now targeting the Dirt Mile.

At least they are continuing with their plan of putting him in realistic spots.

He's 6/2-1-2 this year for $600,000; 3 stakes victories including 2 Gr. II's; a Gr. I second and Gr. II third; the Derby the lone off-the-board.. A nice campaign for a 3yo no one thought a thing of at the beginning of the year... Brian Burns has put a lot into the game, and of course there's the Benny Stutts angle. Both deserving of a trip to the Cup.

Yes he did. I was surprised how he basically toyed with them.

Can't wait to see him run in the Dirt Mile (if that is where he ends up).
