I just finished watching his Ryder Cup press conference and I hate to say it, but he's still one of the biggest jerks out there. He couldn't have been more rude to a couple of Euro reporters.

Maybe that's what the US needs. A Grade A rat-prick that doesn't give two shits about the media or his player's egos.

might have been that way to reporters, but I met him at Muirfield once and talked to him on the practice range while he was waiting out a rain delay for a half hour... was plenty nice to me.

I actually got a chance to speak to him at Greensboro one year and he seemed put out by everything. Then a friend of the family is a member at Baltusrol and she was volunteering (I can't remember if it was the Open or PGA) but he said some things to people individually and made comments out loud that were flat out embarrassing. So bad that someone from the tour personally apologized and ended up basically saying that just him and everyone knows it.

I think the U.S and A is going to pull off the upset. The crowd is going to be brutal to the Euros. If they aren't then it's obviously not a sporting event in Kentucky. ;)
