Half-Brother to Strong Contender Makes Debut Today

Strong Contender's half-brother makes his debut today at Del Mar for Bob Baffert in the 9th race. His name is Silver Light. They bought him for $425,000 at the Timonium 2 Year Olds in Training Sale. He is a big, long-striding horse just like SC.

Kopenhagen makes him a half to Strong Contender. Not Maria's Mon. Similar sires doe not make horses half brothers. The Marias Mon that I have something to do with is also a filly.

Well he's hyped for todays race. Some nice bullet gate drills and has drawn the outside for his first race. we will see.
