Poll: BC Saddle Cloths ~ Purple or Color Coded?

Which do you prefer, Traditional Purple or Color Coded?

And why, if you have a reason.........

(Poll will end in 2 weeks)

Worst poll ever.

Actually I want the Purple color ones. Without them I would not know that its the Breeders Cup.

Cannon Shell 08-27-2008 06:25 PM

I prefer the color coded ones though making them wear the same color cap as the saddle towel ala Mountaineer would be a nice touch...

Only 3 out of 40 people have voted for "don't really care."

I don't know how that is possible. That choice should be receiving AT LEAST 90% of the vote.

Danzig 08-27-2008 07:18 PM

i didn't care enough to even vote for 'don't care'.

Rudeboyelvis 08-27-2008 07:22 PM

I voted purple because I like not knowing I lost until they take the picture.

Not that I agree with all purple cloths...but for a race like the Classic, if you're really a fan, you should know what your horse looks like. We've been following these horses all year.

But for races like the Juvenile, yeah different colors would help.

If Trevor keeps screwing up the calls, colored saddle clothes could come in handy.

Four legs and a tail.

Screw his screwups; as long as there's TRAKUS, why would he ever be off mute during the call of the race? What they really need to do with him, however is:

1) get him to CONSISTENTLY SPEAK INTO the MIC (the volume range tends to get annoying)

2) get him to STOP MUMBLING

PeteMugg 08-27-2008 09:19 PM

I voted for purple. But I think much larger ... and with roman numerals ... and don't let Trevor see 'em til they spring the latch.

Indian Charlie 08-27-2008 09:42 PM

I vote for the jockeys getting flogged after a bad ride.
