Tactical Advantage SQUANDERED

Didn't play the race, as there was no value there but

couldn't help but notice that the connections of the 1 in the 4th at SAR absolutely blew the race.

They had a pace advantage and Dominguez is choking her down, allowing the cutback 9 to stay with her (just close enough). The idea, obviously, is to run the 9 off her feet early.

Last time out she gets run down by a perfect tripping 'good thing'; today she's not allowed to run to her advantage. Way to go in handling her.

That's due to getting bumped (and laid on for a few strides) at the gate.

Inside speed horses seem to be at a big disadvantage in the Saratoga turf sprints. I thought I read that the 1 post the past two years is something like 1 for 60 in these races.

That's not relevant here. Dial up MissSmokesAlot over at PA; she's on top of all the 'BABY' STATS.

She gets the money as a maiden in a minor stake at MED, bad step on the turn and all, at 9:1.

Is this a redboard or just useless info?
