Seems like all the money he'd save would get chewed up when he gets a ticket for a rolling stop. Btw, this guy is cheap as my retired-Navy Uncle. He also lives in Pensacola. What's the percentage of the population there that's retired Navy?( trying to make it on their military retirement checks.)
