Sorry for you east coast fans but I heard today that he may be coming to Arlington Park for the Million. I can only hope that it's true.

Interesting how when Curlin won his last race in NY (Jockey Club Gold Cup) -- the owner's (the owner in question) license had already expired a month earlier. So, what was the owner's status vis a vis the case, legal proceedings, etc.?
