i was complaining about them earlier to my husband and daughter-and then later got the news about tim russert. i didn't want to put this post there, as that thread was a place to remember one of the best people in the business, and i didn't want to muddle that thread with this...

but i read yesterday that fox news (home of the supposedly legit bill o'reilly-wouldn't that be somewhat like jerry springer becoming a news anchor?) referred to mrs. obama as 'baracks baby's mama'-i found this to be disrespectful to our potential next first lady, as well as juvenile and unprofessional. they consider themselves as fair and balanced, which i would argue is far from the truth...thoughts?

it's not an accident. it's a well thought out strategy to come at him sideways.

it's pretty nasty but nothing unexpected. you can't call him a nigger. but you can infer his wife's a ghetto whore.

the base gets the message. and it's a bonus if he reacts angrily.

mrs obama referred to her husband as her babies daddy. was that okay? respectful? i don't get the many double standards in the speech codes.

conservatives in interviews also. He
makes an attempt to expose inconsistencies
no matter what party.

you can find so much crap and bias on almost any news outfit these days.

Anybody ever watch BBC news? You watch it and think, oh yes, this is what I remember news shows to be like, by jove, they actually report about, of all the crazy things....the news!
