Anyone know the city? I have meetings in a few weeks there and trying to figure a good area to stay in overnight

there are a bunch of hotels near the airport... i stayed in the hilton it was nice :D

Stay at the Skydome, I stayed there as a kid when i had a baseball tourney there back in 1997, it was awesome :)

This is worse than Vegas Vets threads.

I stayed at some boutique hotel downtown for one night last year. Didn't care for it. If your work is near the aiirport, there are all the usuals there. Woodbine is 10-15 minutes from the airport and is a real nice place to spend a couple hours, especially on a Wednesday when they run at night. If you are there over a weekend and feeling especially esoteric, there is a little quarter horse track 1/2 hour outside the city called Ajax Downs that is pretty different and fun.

Can't believe I forgot about Woodbine..nice

PURE PLATINUM is open until the wee hours of the morning....or so I hear anyways:eek:

Also heard they have comfy loveseats in a dimly lit backroom too

If it were me I'd stay out near the airport, convenient to get to Woodbine which I assume you'll try to do if you have the time.

i've only been to the one in ft lauderdale!

The one Canada is better;)

I like the Toronto in Ohio.



But that's just me.

Make sure to see the museum for him...he was great.
