2yo's of '08

Soon it will be getting to be the time of year when some nice 2yo's start showing up in the entries....I think TAP will be getting more of his to the winners circle than he did last year...I also suspect that Stanley Hough has some nice babies in his barn.

Let's just hope that Hough can resist the urge to CUT the colts; at least till the end of the summer.

I was at the Oklahoma this morning. It's scary out there. It's busier than August.

I admittedly have no finger on the pulse of 2 year old racing. xD The only two who have popped onto my watch radar are Mister Mistoffelees and Nicanor. Poor little Nicanor; second siblings always have it tough.

Watch out.....

The Indomitable DrugS 05-28-2008 09:24 PM

amazing what three little letters can accomplish.

The Indomitable DrugS 05-28-2008 09:34 PM

Saarland will be standing stud in a 3rd world country three years from now.

ateamstupid 05-28-2008 09:36 PM

Where are Smarty's two-year-olds? I thought offspring usually hit the track four years after a horse retires?

The Indomitable DrugS 05-28-2008 09:39 PM

The Smarty Jones offspring have looked pretty subpar in juvenile sales.

However, in comparison to Saarland, he is Mr. Prospector

blackthroatedwind 05-28-2008 09:44 PM

Not a lot of positive word on the Smarty Jones progeny.

ateamstupid 05-28-2008 09:47 PM

Thanks. I just haven't seen any, and was perplexed.
