Yavapai Downs....but by the looks of it you could substitute HP, I think they have had three shippers win there, unheard of a decade or so ago.

I don't see any results charts for that track.

Yavapai Downs doesn't open until May 24th according to DRF. . .

Yavapai is a really cool little track in Prescott Valley, AZ. They run in Phoenix through the winter, and close in May when the heat sets in, move to the higher elevation of Prescott through the summer (~20 degrees cooler in the mountains of AZ), and the back to Phoenix in the fall.

There is also the fair circuit in AZ, which will run in Flagstaff around July 4th. If you ever get a chance to make it to the races there I totally recommend it. Fun atmosphere in a pretty little town...

Quite a few of the Turf Paradise horses and their connections race at Canterbury over the summer.

Yea its the Fort Tuthill meet I think they call it and its a bunch of drunk campers watching races and its a blast.

fyi, there is zero money in the pools at Yavapi, a $100 win bet takes a 4/1 and makes the horse the 9/5 favorite, all the good horses from Turf Paradise, if you can say that, go to Cantebury, and even some show up at Arlington......

many trainers come up to Emerald Downs from TuP as well. Mike Chambers, Ben Root, Lucarelli in past years, Charlie Essex, Joe Toye, many others.

yesterdays feature at hollywood Pure and Simple from tup wins and pays over $40, so I guess they can win anywhere
