2nd Annual Ky Derby Bookend Contest
 

ok, those who were here last year know the rules. basically, choose first and last place finishers of the derby. if more than one entrant chooses first and last correctly, we will go to a tie-break which will involve names and a hat. very scientific!
there will be a prize for the winner, altho i haven't yet decided what the prize will be. last years prize was a book 'two minutes to glory-the history of the kentucky derby'.

you can enter at any time on this thread, up to post time of the big race. good luck!

I didn't get in on it last year, sounds like a fun contest that I will have to join closer to Derby day. Not sure of the winner yet, but have some good candidates for 20th! :D

I think 20th might be harder to pick than 1st...there's so many more to choose from! :D

how does an 8x10 of the derby winner (from bloodhorse) sound as a prize?
