Hurricane Run and the jockey-go-round

With Fallon banned, who do you all think will get the mount for the King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Diamond Stakes (July 29th)?

I'm guessing Murtagh or Soumillon. I suppose it could be Spencer or Kinane, although I kinda doubt it.

What's your guess?
