Dellinger - Giant Hit on Sunday?

What you think? Looks like Van Deren finally figured this horse out because today was ULTRA impressive, not sure he beat much in the race but I have been expecting HUGE things from this horse as BEFORE this horse even ran, they were talking like he was the next hot thing coming. The dam of Giant Hit is Morelia, who was the mother of In Secure, who was their horse and they were thinking multi Grade 1 winner until Santos put her into the rail at Belmont in the Prioress about 4 years ago. I UNLOADED on her that day, horse was like 8/1 and should have won by open lengths.

Yea I was there but didn't bet much. That was impressive and she is a capable trainer for the best kind of owner (one with deep deep pockets) Was just trying to survive the heat. The Nicole race was sure impressive and before that I couldn't believe a Block/Team Block went off at 8-1.
At least Haber was able to take off the suit coat though Glen S. kept his on.
One day we have to meet. Looks like I'll be there Fri thru Sun this w/e so maybe then. Did see Johnny L. as well and told him Jimmy (owner of Major Rythem) was carrying his story around as it was one of the best pieces I've ever read from him.

Johnny is so comedy, he is doing a story on Torres that I have already read, pretty good. I guess Torres is in that Ruffian movie, has a big part in it...

Pretty Jenny cost me a ton of money, I doubt she would have beat Nicole yesterday but Torres lost his footing because otherwise, it could have been different, at least more competitive.....EVEN the turf course is like a highway, this heat just makes Arlington like cement.

Lara is a good trainer, VERY patient with hers. I will never forget when Zarb's Magic got claimed from them, she was really upset about it because he was awesome. Intern is another who they loved

you are sharp at a young age (haber let me in on that) but he is light years ahead of me when I was in my early 20's. I was betting on jock trainer combos then Gomez/Hickey etc and thought T-Graphs etc were some sort of test they gave to horses. LOL
