pretty wild stuff..this guy was pretty much put out of busness by the powers that be..he would send out a news letter with his stats....now im not saying he was right or if he was the taking them..but this guy ed is saying that he gets the same info from his own stats..and he should be able to do this ..

I've been a customer of Ed off and on..
 

he has offered some very nice stat compilations like how sires do on differing turf surfaces, and what trainers win more often for what owners

I can't speak to the merits of his right to use and resell the stats, but cyber war is not the way to get what you want... Equibase can afford a lawyer.

Just fyi, this is pretty old stuff and the case was tossed out by a judge.

Now that is shocking, wonder how much they paid they judge?
