My horsie is going to beat the saddle cloth off your horsie.

Mortimer 02-01-2008 05:01 PM

Mortimer 02-01-2008 05:52 PM

^^^ Once employed as a plumb bob at the fish market.

Rileyoriley 02-01-2008 09:38 PM

Mortimer 02-01-2008 09:48 PM

Crown of Thorns looked great stretching out today in the Lewis...dosage a problem but could be one to watch, SCC told me about him and I watched the replay at Bloodhorse site...nice colt, improving radically every start!

Liked the way he shot through on the rail. Didn't seem intimidated.

Seems sound of mind. Was close to the pace in first 2 races. Rated in last one. I like him better as a rater but that's just my opinion.:)

Seems to get better with distance, I agree...he was boxed, a small hole opened on the rail and he shot through....could be a push button type, next two races will tell. Well bred despite the lack of dosage points...
