my day in front of the TV.

spent the day on sick leave (Day 1 of 10!) watching absolute rubbish on the TV. Dont get to watch daytime TV at all but a few observations:

10-11 Dr. Phil is a legend.
11-12 Oprah rudely interrupts her guests so many times mid sentence just to talk about herself that it gets quite irritating..
12-1 on Rachel Ray, people werent shocked that someone aged 12 had had a tummy tuck and liposuction.
1-2 Newport Harbour is just bizarre..
2-3 If your sweet 16 costs $450,000 how much must your parents be worth. Insane..

anyway, cant wait for tomorrow.

i'd have gone to work rather than suffer thru that!! do you feel better or worse?

brockguy 01-08-2008 03:51 PM

Danzig 01-08-2008 05:14 PM

oh no.
well be careful, a lot tougher on adults than kids.

Read a book or watch old re-runs of "I Love Lucy". I can honestly say I have never watched "Oprah" , "Jerry Springer", or "Phil" and never intend to.

Not to put a downer on things mate, but chicken pox at your age is serious stuff. I'm glad I got that out of the way when I did (at about the age of 10).

Yeah, when I got them, my parents actually exposed my two younger sisters to them at the recommendation of the doctor to get it out of the way.

Get well Kev, did you know that guinness chases the chicken pox away?
