Barbaro Tribute

Hey all, a friend of mine sent me a link on something she saw regarding Barbaro on the web. It's touching and I thought I would share.

I like this one...it takes you back through all of his races so that you can see the depth, talent, and heart of this great horse. I cry every time I see it. There are actually a lot of videos on this horse. Thanks for posting this.

That was excellent. It seems like a lifetime ago that he won the derby. It is hard to believe it was only 8 or 9 weeks ago.

NO TRIBUTES, tributes are done for the dead.

Only prayers and well wishes for Barbaro, for a speedy recovery.

Well said Seattle.
One day at a time.

I think it is appropriate to Tribute Barbaro.
His racing career is over and like a great athlete who retires it is nice to tribute them while they are alive.
One that comes to mind is the tribute the Bulls gave MJ. It was so nice to see him with his family watching highlights and letting his sons Jeff and Marcus pull a cord to reveal his retired jersey number in the rafters. Brought him and most of the United Center crowd to tears.
I trully think the spiit Barbaro showed on the track is the same thing making him fight through his recovery.

I'll see about loading them up on youtube.

While I appreciate Barbaro's prowess as a racehorse this season and wish him nothing but luck in his recovery, these video tributes are gay as hell. And I think that if he could talk, he would agree.
