CristBlog continues generosity

Crist in the Blog today threw out a few price horses to consider in advance of his seminar with Mike Welsch at Hallandale:

A few nutty notions that might be worth including at big ML odds: Emma's Valentine (20-1) in race 2; Cricket Miss (20-1) in race 4; Nic's Amigo (20-1) in race 8; and Colorful Judgment (8-1) in race 10.

Just a continual source of good info and live ideas...

1 Cricket Miss $72.60 - $19.40 - $17.20

He is even better than advertised. Can handicap for dirt even when he is handicapping for turf.

Still provokes one to look at the horses to find the reasons he suggested inclusion.. And even off the turf you might be clued in to a horse you wouldn't have noticed in most cases otherwise.

If the race is off the turf it is a completely different race.

That's like the guy who goes to the window to bet the 3-4 exacta and after discovering the mutual clerk has given him 3-5 keeps it because he wouldn't want to cancel a winner.
