He made at least one start every year from 1968 to 1980.

Presidents Johnson, Nixon, Ford, Carter and Reagan (elect) all could have seen him run during their tenures.

Wow, a name from the distant past. I had forgotten about that one but I did see him run and I'm pretty sure I wagered on him as well.
