Your dream car

Okay, if you were offered any car being manufactured anywhere in thw world for Christmas, what would you choose.

Items for consideration:

Do you need back seats, for kids, or for..... ummmmm other things. Especially if your husband/wife/boyfriend/girlfriend is at home :D

Do you just want to get everywhere as quickly as possible?

Do you need to go off road?

Towing anything?

The main item for consideration is what you'd like to be seen in when you're going to the track. You're driving to Royal Ascot or Saratoga, what do you want to be seen in.

I'd go for this.....

It goes like a jet fighter, it looks good and it has the worlds' best brakes (which I'd probably need to use a lot). I would probably crash it into a tree at 200mph, but that is only a minor negative :D

To be honest...if a '74 Vega were offered as an option with almost as much Bondo as steel in it......I would take the Vega.

I despise auto worship.

At least I wouldn't be nagged and be able to control the radio.

NoChanceToDance 12-19-2007 10:52 AM

See, I'm not a great fan of bikes. It's a long and rather depressing story.

You more of a Harley fan?

ddthetide 12-19-2007 11:05 AM

2005, 50th anniversary Thunderbird.

motorcyle- loaded, Harley ultra-classic

Cajungator26 12-19-2007 11:28 AM

This would be the car I'd like to own:

And I'll take one of these too:

NoChanceToDance 12-19-2007 11:30 AM

Is that the Range Rover sport

Cajungator26 12-19-2007 11:34 AM

My favorite sports car of all time (I had an 88', so I'm biased towards this model):

1998 was the last production year sent to the United States (they quit making them in Japan in 2002.) I believe only 300 1998 models were shipped here, so that year is hard to find.

When they first said they were making a super charged sport model, everone was pretty downbeat about it. Motoring shows wanted to slate it as soon as they heard about it. The manufacturers said "take it, drive it, it will leave you shocked"

Shocked they were.

Although lower, with stiffer suspension, it is still a great off road car and if you get the top model, it will out run a Porsche 911 over 1/2 a mile!
