How do you know it was a woman and not some degenerate gambler (that maybe even posts on this site) that had a ton of money on Miss Peru? It wouldn't be the strangest thing to ever happen.

If a girl could take out another girl by hitting her with a tire iron, then there is no reason why a guy couldn't tamper with some makeup.

I guess so...I just don't see it. Ive never been to one, but I can imagine those women can be very catty at those pageants. Them South American woman have a reputation as being pretty fiesty.

I'm with Kev- I just don't think a guy would think of putting pepper in a woman's make-up. That's pure female meanness.
