well, finally heard from the state trooper who did the investigation of my daughters car crash. deputy was 100% at fault--no surprise there!


our car is a total. old clunker, no surprise there.

his--7500 in damage. DAAAAAAAAY-YAAAM!

Oh I can sleep again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

have been told by many to get a lawyer--for what? i've never thought an accident was like winning the lottery.
just want what the car was worth (which isn't much). kelly wasn't hurt, just surprised more than anything.

kelly 18 in january and
eric 16 the end of this month.
