Finally,a film for true horse lovers

The new movie Zoo, has opened to very mixed reviews. I have yet to see it, a documentary focusing on the death and surrounding scenarios of a Seattle, Washington "family man"
who was anonymously dropped off at an emergency room and pronounced dead shortly after, the cause of the death was an internal puncture wound inflicted during anal sex with an Arabian stallion.

Here is a positive review from the Village Voice, an alternative newspaper out of New York: http://www.filmspot.com/pages/tracki...orecard;read;2

Notice the eerie similarity between the photo of the man and the horse in the prior link I provided( http://www.filmspot.com/pages/tracki...orecard;read;2 ) , and Dahoss's avatar: http://www.derbytrail.com/forums/member.php?u=354

Morty, my friend, I think you'll agree with me that this could be the shot in the arm that horseracing needs. Sure, the sport screwed up in not capitalizing on SeaBiscuit, though a good movie, was more of the same manner of hoping to promote the dying sport.

Sex sells, we all know that. I've always tried to figure a way to make horse racing more erotic, and foolishly suggested nude female jockeys. Or, for the ladies, little versions of Antonio Banderas in, well, jockey shorts.

But I knew no one has ever really had any use for a jockey except to scapegoat them for bad wagering choices one has made.

But it's all clear now, and this new approach sets the horses as the focal point: sexy, hoof pounding thoroughbreds just waiting to be promoted and exploited like everything else successful in our entertainment world.

Is America ready for this discussion? Apparently so.

Is horse racing ready to take that giant leap of faith?

Oh, Dahoss, sorry to pick on you, but I know you enough to know you can take a little ribbing. I did not know that wasn't you in your avatar

Be very clear here, this man from Seattle( not Gary, I don't think) was not bf'ing but was on the receiving end

Though I thought of your avatar and the joke of an eeire similarity without much thought, after I posted the links and saw the photos, the two men do look quite similar

Enough foolishness from me.

I do like good, offbeat films, but I'll certainly wait for this one to come out on video, as a few reviews I read were quite bad
