But it would be SO wrong for her to not win the Victory Ride!

Drugs would probably know this sort of trivia....has a horse ever won a Stakes named after their dam?

ex-specialist 08-23-2007 10:43 PM

Drugs is better at stuff like that when he isnt focusing on the all important Erie Park meet.....

Bishop is the race to really focus on in the Stakes P4.. Super event.. 2 that I keep coming back to as price alternatives are Romans' Spin Master and King of the Roxy. If Pletcher is 'back' after Wait a While's romp Thursday, KOTR (10-1) is intriguing. Last 2 one turns (7f, 7.5f) both resulted in wins.. Spin Master (12-1) looks a lot here like True North-winning barnmate...

Dear Gawd,

I pray pray fa no rain... I will "yield" to your every wish, if you'll give 'Toga at least a "yielding" turf. That is all, your humble servant (who never shows up on Sunday, but is always thinking of you)

-Pmayjr

P.S.- My Powerball prayer is in a different thread.
