No way Texas is Top 5 unless Colt McCoy goes nuts. Our offensive line is decimated (injuries and gradutation). We lost our defensive coordinator. Some of our best recruits kicked off the team... thank God they act up before the season so we can get them out. |
I don't know if they are going to be there in the end, but whoever plays them is going to have to score a bunch of points to beat WVU. They actually might have the top two Heisman candidates.

no miami....hmmmmmmm

I am a Buckeye, and will forever be, but a #11 ranking is way too high. It is going to be a long, long year in Columbus, and I can only hope it will not be a continuation of the National Championship game.

College Football is the biggest bullshit there is. I will become a serious fan once they wake up and go to a playoff type environment, 16 teams, 4 weekends (8-4-2-1)

people seem to forget these college schedule are made years in advance.
lsu first game is just 10 days away. against mississippi state. go tigers!! |
also funny how cupcake schedules are decried. they ALL play them. difference is in the big games, and the SEC is thought by most to be the toughest conference. with good reason!
a certain team was mentioned last year as deserving being named national champs as they went undefeated. they beat exactly one ranked team all year, in the last play of a very close bowl game. now THAT's crazy. |
