Closing in on 5000 wins

Long time Ky/Ohio circuit rider Perry Wayne Ouzts needs just three more wins to be only the 22nd rider ever to reach 5000 wins. Ouzts, a local legend of the No. KY./Cincinnati area hopes to reach this milestone at River Downs before the current meet closes after Labor Day. Outzs tallied milestone wins of 2000, 3000 and 4000 also at River Downs. Good luck Perry and Thank you for your contributions to our game.

I've bet on a few of his mounts. He gives each ride his full attentation whether it's an Allowance or a 5k claimer.
