SAR Opening Day entries
Are up!
http://www.drf.com/entries/25/eSAR25.html?rn=068641 Pretty interesting that the first race is the exact same opening race as last year, with quite a few of the same runners (Massoud, Noah A., Forget the Judge). Full fields and big purses should make for a good card, but I wouldn't mind a few less NY-bred races. |
Glorious...

Ateam...you doing your daily blog again? Very enjoyable to live vicarously though you.

Got em'!
|
Yipeeeeee!
|
The 6th Race looks good.....10 year old Multiple Choice always runs well at Saratoga. Perhaps that will be my first horse for the course selection of the meet.
|
Or perhaps Forget The Judge in the 1st....He has had a few wins at the Spa.
|
Should be interesting to see how Wheelaboy does in the 7th.
Sumitas, did you see that he's in? |

I see that Keith O'Brien is listed as Wheelaboy's trainer. Same owners. Bejarano is up instead of Coa. First time on turf. Wheelaboy is coming off a troubled trip last out, just 3 weeks ago... His pedigree says he should like turf. I think he's got a shot here and the odds look very attractive.

Wheelaway has yet to sire a grass winner but he has the right running style.

Watch for Jim J's two runners also. |
