I hate to admit it but I don't often watch the local news. I have no one station I follow, so I have no idea who's on which one. When I put on the news, I want news and most of them start the news each night with weather. Sorry but if there's no hurricane and it's not snowing in July, the weather can come after the murders/stabbings/drunken rampages etc.

You are right..he was the weather man. My Dad worked at GE in Schenectady and like clock work 5 minutes after he would say that phrase - My Dad would walk in the door. That was only 45+ years ago!

You are right..he was the weather man. My Dad worked at GE in Schenectady and like clock work 5 minutes after he would say that phrase - My Dad would walk in the door. That was only 45+ years ago!

Lived in F.P. for 25 years...not the town it used to be :(

Remember Howard well, he did one of his bowling show remotes out at our old alleys in town, was just before he retired...he's been gone for quite a few years.

That was two miles east down the road (Canjoharie), they are moving to the Town of Florida near Amsterdam very soon.
