Gemstar owns TV Guide.

TVG is owned by Fox Sports (Murdoch's News Corp).

It'd be interesting to see CDI buy TVG.... which would go, HRTV or TVG? Also, which races would get priority.

As of last year Gemstar owned TVG. Are you sure about Fox owning TVG? Or are you thinking they do because Trackside Live is shown on Fox Sports affiliates?

From TVG's website. I would say the comment about being owned by fox to be false

Rupert Murdoch's News Corp. owns 41% of Gemstar's stock per USA Today today. TVG is owned by Gemstar.
