Male Politicians: wandering wangs

So Dollar Bill Clinton has his little problem where his wang gets in his way, blocking his logic pathways. This, along with other little legal problems leads the House to try to impeach him.

So the soon to be leader of the House, Bob Livingston (replacing Gingrich) has to step aside because people find out about his own little cheating problem. So Livingston does not take the position. So in comes a guy named David Vitter to the rescue. You just know he has to be an altar boy, squeeky clean... has to be. They ask Vitter's wife if he were to do what Clinton did what would she do, react more like Hillary, or the famous Mrs. Lorena Bobbit who wacked that thang. She said Mrs. Bobbit.
So now Mr. Vitter has just been implicated in a prostitution ring while helping Rudy Guiliana's campaign... cant wait to see what instrument of removal Mrs. Vitter will use.

It is unbelievable. It does not matter what party you are from. If one is going to take the place of someone else that has been involved in sexual problems, for God's sake take some salt peter or something.

Leads me to believe males just cant keep it in the trousers. If I was told I was replacing a teacher because of the teacher's sexual improprities, I would not take the job if I had done the same thing myself. The power of hormones and bad judgement never ceases to amaze me.

when i saw the headline this a.m. that a 'lawmaker' was on the madams list, i figured it wasn't anyone big, as they didn't name him in the headline. of course being near louisiana, i recognized his name immediately. a laughing snort was next. loved the pic of him with the wedding band showing so well.

what an idiot.

and you know, the guy probably was squeaky clean--til he went up there. it's amazing what that town will do to folks. so many go up there with the best of intentions. something in that potomac water for sure!

what a moron. sermonizing about the sanctity of marriage but then shows up in a madam's black book.

doesn't it seem like most all of the figures who set themselves up to be righteous examples of moral values for us, seem to all in due time have worse foibles than the average joe on the street?

That what strikes me as so incredible. The very people claiming self-righteous piety are the ones who dabble. Very strange. I think this is a requirement for tele-evangelists... Jim Baker, Jimmy Swaggart... and the list goes on.

The Bid 07-11-2007 09:14 AM

You generally dont have to tell someone what you are. Ive always found the people who tell you...Oh Im this, or Im that, are pretty much the opposite.

Too true.
Amazing is the report where the "outing" came from...Larry Flynt's investigation for his magazine.

it is ironic, isn't it? any time anyone sets themself up as having great moral character, well--they should practice what they preach. it's always incredible to me when a pol talks about ethics, and they break it, or marriage vows, and they break them....it's also funny to methat so many criticize bill and hill for (gasp) staying married! aren't couples supposed to stay married? used to be you were chastised for divorcing. their marriage may not be what many would want ( i would not!) but if it works for them, who else cares?? i'd imagine they're both pretty honest to the other about why they remained so. if it works for them, great.

Yup.
Now I need to do a web search for the Times Picaune (sp) editorial by Vitters, the one where he stated that Clinton should be impeached for lack of "moral character". It's from 98 or 99.

well yeah I agree, I may not care for the Clintons or their politics, but I certainly think that its out of bounds to say anything about their marriage. You're right, despite everything that has gone on they're still married and that shows some level of conviction.

Another point I give to them is that it would seem that despite being in the spotlight and some turmoil, they did a decent job raising Chelsea, who seems to be an upstanding young girl. Not mentioning any names but you can just look around at some of the other examples of politicians kids who have strayed. I don't care who your are or your political view, it is not easy bringing up kids today.

haha, another scoop for Larry.

i remember another one from the moral high ground, Bill Bennett, I think he even wrote a book called The Book Of Virtues. Now for the most part I like the guy and think he quite smart, but then several years ago it came out that he blew like hundreds of thousands of dollars on slot machines. So two things came to mind. One, obviously it was his money to blow but when you are preaching virtue for the masses you might want to make sure your own backyard is clean.

the other thought was from a gamblers perspective. I mean how smart can he be putting that much money into slots? the worst possible gambling endeavor, a sure loser. Of course if he was addicted to horse racing I could have more sympathy.:)

Bill Bennett...well, anyone that would rather feed a one-armed bandit than back a horse shows their "brain power".
Here's the Times-Picayune opinion...

Oh yes. He can go to counseling and get better.
Same with homosexuals... three weeks of counseling at a good religious institute and they will be just fine. I'm cured, I'm cured, praise the Lord.

Thanks for the little read Z. Crazy stuff.
