How can this horse lose?
 

Colonial 4th race $16,000 claimer: #4 Unbridled Behavior 4/1 odds

Raced last year against Showing Up and had a decent race. I know he's dropping like a lead balloon and has only one start this year but how can he lose? Last race was impressive off a long lay off. He should be 4/5 against these.
