John from Cincinatti

Umm. . . WTF was that all about? I'm intrigued but probably more confused than from Sopranos. . .

It was interesting and different, but like the Sopranos, I kept waiting for something to happen. . . I guess that's how they get you to tune in next time. . .

86 episodes in 8yrs...I guess you'd be used to waiting...no offense. I've never watched an episode.

So many folks love the Sopranos but I just never got into it...different strokes I guess.

they have bombarded us with all of these shows to replace the Sopranos, while all they really have left is Entourage

Don't waste your time Hoss, it was extremely out there. It is just hilarious to see Al Bundy and Luke Perry acting again.....

I watched, so far not impressed. Milch just wanted to make a show about surfing, which is fine for a small interested audience. I guess I'll watch a few more and see but so far....Hmmmm.
Then again I'm just so mad about Milch's sellout with Deadwood, next to Sopranos that was one of my fav's. HBO and Milch pushed it too far by having the director commentary before it aired, kind of like I'm sorry I killed Deadwood please watch my new surfing show. They never had to do that with Sopranos, Deadwood or 6 ft under, they just were immediate hits.
I'm waiting for the Deadwood movies if Milch can ever get it written and then rewritten and rewritten and rewrittend again during the filming.

Really? I've loved it so far. The whole "give it all up for the movie" is a good storyline.

Entourage is unbelievable even by Hollywood standards. Completely jumped the shark this season.

Either of the aforementioned couldn't hold a candle to the a$$ of The Wire...The writing and acting on the show is second to none...
