Does anyone know if Xpressbet has regained its ability/right to allow wagering on NYRA races?

they have not. I opened an acct w/ youbet today for Belmont tomorrow

By the way, does anyone know of another ADW service that does offer the New York tracks and is available in Illinois? YouBet is the only one I've come across, and I have problems accessing their site on my out-of-date computer (my fault, not YouBet's).
